From the East or West:
Take the Long Island Expressway (I 495) to Exit 34, or take Northern State Parkway. to Exit 26 S., to New Hyde Park Road.  Make right turn at the 4th light south of L.I.E. or the 2nd light south of Northern St. Parkway. - West, or the 1st light south of Northern St. Parkway. - East, into the complex.  Follow signs to the LSQ Medical building at 6 Ohio Drive.

From the South
Take the Meadowbrook Parkway. North to Northern State Parkway West. Take either Northern State to Exit 26 S. or the L.I.E. to exit 34 (New Hyde Park Road.).  Or, head north on New Hyde Park Road. and make a left at the 2nd light past Marcus Avenue. Follow directions above.

From the North:
Head south on Lakeville Road., Shelter Rock Road., or Searingtown Road. to the L.IE. or Northern St. Parkway. Follow above directions.
